The Federal Rail Administration has said that the 10th Street corridor is the preferred option for the Springfield Rail Project. Members ofFaith Coalition for the Common Goodhave worked to bring jobs and economic development to Springfield through this rail project for the past several years. While we are pleased that a decision has finally been made, we realize that this controversial decision underscores the need for a real agreement about community benefits.
